Delivery & Returns

All of our store branded products are genuine items sourced from reliable authorised supplier / distributors after checking certification. However some times the most genuine items got faulty. 

In the event you experienced fault in any of our items, the faulty item will be replaced or a full refund will be issued.

In the event you are not satisfied with the item for any reason OR change of mind you can return the item in it’s original packaging within 30 days to us. In this event the item must be retuned in it’s original packaging for a full refund. 

You need to get in contact with the customer service team using contact us form for a refund or any other issue related to the purchase.
